Residence in the Hotel „Konvice“

In the center, only a few steps away from the town square, is the historic city hotel "Konvice" located. The building was first mentioned by document in 1539 and completely reconstructed in 1992. The architecturally interesting building method, which reminds every now and then of drawings of Mr. M. C. Escher, no room resembles the other one.

 

Chamber 3

A roomy apartment with two separated bedrooms. The high, rustic oak ceiling and the Fischgretparquet mediate a homey and cosy feeling to the inhabitant. For the annual "celebration of the rose" these rooms are the lookout point, in order to observe the traditional procession in the "first row".

 

Chamber 6

Most likely, Egon Schiele, if he would have inhabited this room, would have pulled out his drawing map and started sketching impressions of this beautiful view. The old part of town and the castle tower will be your oyster. In warm summer evenings you possibly come into the benefit of baroque guitar sounds of the "Krumlov Guitar Duo", who let you be part of their art twice a week on the terrace (with rainy weather they play in the restaurant).

 

Chamber 8

Pictures say more than a thousend words.
This apartment invites to waltz. On approx.. 60 square meter one has truly space to dispread. Spirit needs free space to evolve itself. If you have the need to brew yourself a cup of tea or cook a three course dinner for the person of your heart- the fully equipped kitchen allows to do so.

 

Chamber 9

We call it internally the walnut room. Not, that this sort of wood has been worked up here. But if you take a look out the window or enjoy some moments on the balcony, the large, magnificently grown walnut tree will jump immediately in the eye. It stands so close, that in autumn the plentiful fruits fall nearly into the room. In our eyes a good place to relax.

This Suite is perfect for a family of four. It offers two seperate bedrooms. The king-size bed can also be separated if desired.	The spacious bathroom waits on with shower, bath tub, bidet and a WC.  If desired, we will serve your breakfast or create you a candle light dinner on this balcony.
